    Hi Fran,

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my husband to CC on the 15th February 08.
I saw him not long after he died. My last image of him alive was that he was sleeping peacefully after being in so much pain. I miss him terribly and wish he was back with me.

I’ll be thinking of you and everyone else who has suffered the loss of a loved one.

    Jenny from Australia.

Fran – I am so very sorry for your loss. This is such a difficult time for you and your family, but it sounds like you are a wonderful support system for each other. What a blessing to be holding your precious husband as he died. I lost my husband on March 5, 2007 and was also blessed to be able to lay next to him as he died. It is a moment I will never forget. It has been 9 months, but doesn’t it seem like just yesterday? I wish you peace and days of comfort knowing your husband is with you always. May God continue to bless you and your family.

Fran … My sincere condolences. My you shine bright through this time of grief. Sounds as Jacqueline may be watching you for some guidance as well as provide you with support in her own little way.

    Fran,

Jacqueline’s words are just about the sweetest I have ever read. This is a testament to the wonderful family that formed from the loving bond between you and your husband. God bless.

    Fran,
I sounds like you are surrounded with love and I am sure you are feeling as cherished as your husband did. It must be a blessing to pass in the arms of someone you love and I am sure it was a special moment between you two. I will keep you in my prayers. Remember to look after yourself and to take time. You have been strong for your family, now it is their turn to be strong for you.

Needless to say, I am very sorry for your loss.

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers. My darling husband passed over in my arms yesterday morning. He was the bravest man I have ever known with a spirit so strong to the last moments.
My family are all around me, I feel blessed to have their love and support, especially my grandchildren who have been so natural with their grief.
My granddaughter Jacq turned 11 today, she said she wished granddad had made it to her birthday as she knows he would have got up through his pain to say a special ‘Happy Birthday’ to her.
I asked her to pick a star that would always be shining brightly especially for granddad, Jacqueline said “we already have picked our star nan” it is you.
    Love be with you all,

    Fran Australia
