I don’t know if any of you have been reading Leroy Sievers blog on the NPR website. It is called simply “My Cancer”. He passed away a few days ago on the 16th. He had colon cancer and struggled with it for a number of years. His website is about his struggle and about the small things that make up each day that he found amusing and meaningful.
If you just google NPR and then “My Cancer” you’ll find it.
Both he and his wife wrote on the blog and their journey is chronicled as they both face his diagnosis and declining health.
It is sad and funny and has meant a lot to me…so wanted to pass it along.
