    Thank you for your replies and well wishes! Yes, it was laparoscopic and I am staying home for a few days to recover.

    Suzy…so glad that it went well. Hope you can take it easy for a few days for a quick recovery. It was a laparoscopic surgery, am I correct?

    Glad this is over and it wasn’t too bad. I had surgery Tuesday and came home yesterday. The ovarian tumors were large and a little difficult to remove, but he did not see any other organ involvement and was surprised how good my liver looked so that was encouraging! I am not sure how much he could see but he said he only saw one spot on the liver. The official pathology won’t be back for a few days but they are 99% sure it is metastasis and not ovarian. I have an appointment Monday with the oncologist to determine when to go back on chemo and then just wait for the next scan….
