nanotech and stem cells

Hi,
I have begin to read so much about intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma as it was diagnosed to my dad 2 weeks ago.
Now he’s cured with an ECF regime chemiotherapy in 3 cycles.
I have read about dentritic cell therapy and about nanotech in some documentary on television.
I don’t know if somebody can give me some advise, if nanotech can be a good therapy or if stem cells is better.
My daddy can not be operated and even a transpant is not possible…
I’m so scary…I love my dad so much and hope till the end there is a cure.
If somebody know something about this therapies, please, tell me.
