Nausea

I have been on chemo for 15 months now 6 months with Gemzar/Cisplatin then the last 9 months on Gemzar. Nausea was not much of an issue specially a week after chemo. Now for the last couple of months I have mild nausea every day along with heartburn. It is not bad enough for me to take Zofran. Also my intestine seem to be irritated and aches after I eat. I have a scan in 10 days so will see the results and talk to my oncologist. I am thinking my system is reacting to 2 years of chemo???
