Night Sweats

I forgot to ask about this too! My mind is all over the place.
My grandmother (83), has diabetes and has been waking up with night sweats. We’re not sure if they are from issues with diabetes ( because we’re thinking the cancer is in the pankreas) or if its from something else.
She says there isn’t extra pain that comes with the sweats, so I don’t think its pain related either.
Any help would be great!
