So very, very sorry to hear of the lossof your beloved husband and Dad.
Yes the next few days and weeks will be hard with the adjustment and change.

Donna, I can’t imagine what this was and is like for you to go through. All I think about it this darn CC coming back and taking my husband too. He thinks of recovery and living and I think big picture…what if you dont make it. God bless you and I wish you strength to get through this and confidence that you will be okay in days to come. I dread goign through this and deep in my gut, I actually think I will.

Our prayers are with you. I am so sorry for your loss. We will be approaching 4 months next week with the loss of my father. As the priest told us that morning in the hospital taking one day at a time maybe too much, we started with one minute at a time.

Thank you all so very much for you prayers. Today is my Jims birthday. We are having a family day in his honor. We miss him so much already. Keeping busy with plans for the services and friends have been so good to us. It shows he was loved by our extended family almost as much as our family. So many thoughtful people. We are blessed. Donna,you have done really well and I am so glad Jim was able to stay home and that he could tell you all how he felt,that will be very important for your kids you will find.
You will probably get through the next little while better than you think,we get a big adrenalin boost at these times and it helps to get things done,it is a busy time unfortunately.
It doesnt last though and you will be in for some downs and ups gradually becoming ups and downs.Accept all the help that you are comfortable with.I am happy you had good care.My very sincere condolences JanetDonna,

I too am so sorry for your loss and my condolences go out to you and your family. There are no words to easy the pain, but please try to take some comfort in knowing that atleast Jim is no longer suffering and that he will be with all of you in your hearts and your memories forever.
