Hi G…… Glad to hear your shouder surgery went well. I’ve had mostly CT Scans but if I think something is going on I will usually due the MRI from head to abdomen. I seem to always get a really thurough report when I have them. I have both with and without contrast. Well got to run. Just finished backsplash tiling in the kitchen, well 3 pieces left to cut and then grout in a couple days. Had to stop for a 2 hour nap (lol) Don’t no if it ‘s ole age or cc. probally a little of both.

    Hi Jeff,

I’m glad that you’re doing well . You just had to put up the the hours of rehydration! I hope that the jaundice will pass shortly.

I’m doing okay. Recovering from my shoulder surgery (labral repair) — arm still in the sling for another few days. Still having a few random sharp pains from the lapascopy. But the big question is what kind of scannning should we do next to check on things? Would a CT be more reliable or an MRI? Or are they both questionable since the lapascopy showed that the tumors that were imaged weren’t there?

    Any thought?

Had my one week post chemo nurse eval today. All looks good except I was scolded and told to drink more as they had to give me 1,000 gallons or units, (two bags) of rehaydration as my blood pressure was just a few hairs low. They did check my eyes and skin for juandice and mentiond my billibrium count was a little high. When I got computer print out it showed 1.6. Normal high range is 1.2 which has happened before due to dehydration. New P.A. helping the Onco Doc and stays righton top of things; but will have to keep an eye on the whites of my eyes for a while I guess. So overall not bad. Hopefully scan on the 29th will show something positive, as I am going to Maine to visit my Mom in a few weeks. Wish you all the best. I know there is some bumpy roads going on at the moment, for a few members and I pray they smooth out real soon.
    God Bless,
    Jeff G.
P.S. Wonder what I’ll try next any suggestions?
