Supposedly it is meant to be cold here all the rest of this week and into next week as well with the risk of more snow next week. Spring? Ha…NOT!!!! Grrrrrrrr…………..

So believe it or not it was 60 degrees here today! Will be the same tomorrow but down to the 30s on Tuesday and so on…

No predicting the weather here, just take it as it comes I guess.

Thanks Lainy! I’ll pass on your wishes to my mum. She had a good day, lots of her favourite chocolates. Not as good as getting mum out but in this weather there is no chance of that.

Randi, the temp here today would equal about 23F over your way. And now we have more snow and gales, grrrrr! Temps down tonight to about -9 or 15F over your way. Brrrr!

Low 90’s Lainy????? We don’t even get that on a blisteringly hot day at the height of summer here!

Oh geez Lainy, rub it in!! Actually though we have a heat wave going today. it is 40 degrees farenheit (you will have to do the conversion Gavin!!). The sun is shining and I went for a run this morning with a friend and was actually warm! Snow has mostly melted and I can almost see Spring around the corner. Well, now that I said that we will most likely get a snow storm and below zero temps!!

You probably could be our temps here Randi. Today it is down to about -5c and it was snowing last night and today. Don’t want to think what it will get down to tonight! It is Mothers Day here today, which I guess it being snowing and all that is handy if someone is planning on taking their mum sledging for the day! Scraping the car this morning was cold enough for me so I’ll give the sledging a miss I think!! :)

Randi, come see me and warm up. We had a lovely dark, gray, rainy day. Well it gets boring having sunshne every day.

How cold is it there Gavin? I think I can beat it with our temperatures (and by beat it I mean it’s friggin’ cold here!!) :)

My apologies Percy. It seems now that to access and read the abstracts through the links you have to search for them using abstract name, author, number etc.

Hope it’s not so cold over your way today Percy, it is baltic here once again! Grrrrrr!

    Stay warm!

    Gavin

Thanks for the links that you posted this morning Percy. They seemed to work okay earlier but following them now and it looks like you have to log in to read them. Grrrrrr!
