Pancreatic Cancer Vaccine Trial – Not CC related but worth a read IMO.

As I said, this is not CC related but concerns a trial in the UK for advanced pancreatic cancer where they are using a vaccine not to prevent pancreatic cancer but to treat the disease by stimulating the immune system to recognise and target the cancer.

I found it interesting and thought it worthy of posting, as maybe one day if successful then this type of treatment could be used to fight other cancers.
