When I was going through chemo I saw a nutritionist who gave me a link to a site where there were recipes for high protein shakes using all natural ingredients (no powders). I drank one every morning during that time. I am not sure if it helped or not, but it didn’t hurt

There are many other shake and food recipes on this site that are worth looking at. I often replaced the tofu with greek yogurt as well and the soy milk with almond milk.
For me, doing something ‘healthy’ for myself during this time gave me a feeling of control that I had lost.
