March 1 will focus on “Pediatric Cancers: One Young Girl’s Story‘” and will be the program’s introduction to pediatric cancer. Hear the phenomenal story of a young girl, Brianna Ranzino, who had a recurrent tracheal tumor threatening her life.

The next program, Thursday March 1 will focus on “Pediatric Cancers“. I will post more info as we get closer to air time. The recent benefit in Phila raised enough money to keep the show on the air for another twenty six weeks, if Kim can stand it. She been up late every night responding to loads of emails, FB messages, etc., and she really can’t delegate any of it to someone else. The really good news is it’s given her a compelling reason to go on. I just love her attitude.

To those who have supported the show, thank you so much.

The next program, Thursday February 23 will focus on “Caregivers, with a special guest from Florida” Call in number is 610-664-4100 between 12:30 and 1:00 PM EST. I have often said cancer is almost harder on the blessed caregivers than the patients. This should be a very interesting topic.

The show’s benefit in Philadelphia last night was a great success and will ensure the show can stay on the air for another 13 weeks, with the contract being signed next week.

Call in today! The number is 610-664-4100. Personally, due to hernias I got, I don’t get to put the garbage out any more or carry anything over ten pounds! I may call in myself.

The next program, Thursday February 16 will focus “things I got away with because I have cancer.” Call in number is 610-664-4100 between 12:30 and 1:00 PM EST.

I learned today we have at least one listener in The Peoples Republic of China and at least one guy in California. Isn’t that special.

Percy, Kim (the primary host) is the one with cc. She’s become a good friend over the past year, and is one smart lady. She’s had cc return this past summer, and she and I constantly discuss where to head with treatment next. BTW, Kim had a secret advantage over most of us in the info department. She was a last year nursing student when diagnosed (she actually diagnosed herself and went to the ER and requested a scan).

    Glad you liked the program!

    Hi,Jim,
Good show, for those who want to know about another CCA pt’s feeling and how she handle this disease ONLY , start at 22:30 ; In short, always asking questions and prepare for the next treatment plan just in case it comes back. I agree with one of the lady on the show that sometimes the patient herself or himself may actually know more about the CCA disease than the average GP do because of the research we have done for ourselves .
    Thanks Jim.
    God bless.
