    Hi Tess,

We were on vacation this week or I would have responded in a more timely fashion.

I was stunned when I saw your post that a year has passed so quickly. It was 6 months for us on Tuesday.

I am sure your Dad was pleased to see you all together and I am glad to hear Little Jack has taken over the head of the table!

    Fondly,

    Jan

    Hi Tess,
Thinking of you , your family, and your Dad – and said a prayer. Baby Jack must be a joy, and it was good to hear from you.

Hi Tess, Prayers for Dad and HUGS to everyone around the table. I think that is a beautiful way to “remember” and dad will be thrilled!

Hello dear friends! Today is the one year anniversary of my dear Dad’s passing. A neighbor has offered to make us dinner and bring it over. Mom & my brother and the whole family will be together tonight to enjoy it. I know there’s no right way to celebrate life or grieve on such a day – but I’m certain that Dad will take great pleasure in seeing us all together for dinner and it will be a beautiful way to honor him. Even if we don’t talk about him, or the ‘date’… there’s something healing in not ignoring this milestone. Baby Jack (who just turned 4 mo.) will take Grampa Jack’s seat at the table tonight… which seems quite fitting in that he looks much like his Grampa!

Love to you all, and wishes for strength and hope in your own journeys with CC.

P.S. Please say a prayer for my Dad today ….

    Tess
