As of now the doctor is moving forward as planned which is good news! Nothing came up in any of the tests indicating why she had the acute stroke. We just keep praying and moving on! She will also find out this week if the tumor is shrinking, so please keep her in your prayers! Thank you!
Oh, I just answered your other email first. Is the Doctor still talking about surgery since the Stroke? This is really upsetting and I can sure understand your worry. My guess is after the ECG they will make a decision on how they want to proceed. Please keep us posted we truly care.
I have a question. My mom is 74 and has always been healthy. She was diagnosed with this horrible disease in December. Since then she has gotten worse week by week. She is in the hospital now because she suffered an acute stroke. Her vision is getting worse and now we’re waiting for the results from an ECG to see if she’s having congestive heart failure and if that’s what caused the stroke. Have any of you dealt with these issues? I am just blown away by all of this. Aside from being a bit more tired, she was totally fine up until Halloween of last year. She got a fever that day and then a month later found out she has this type of cancer. Thank you for any input. This is just so hard and depressing. And it doesn’t help that she lives in PA and I have to fly back to CA on Sunday because I have my own family to take care of.
