Seeking Information on Cllinical Trials

Hi;

I am a Canadian living in Halifax, Nova Scotia recently diagnosed with CC which after surgery last week cannot be re-sected. Portal Vein embolization is also not an option I am told by surgery here locally.

I am looking for information from the group as to whom I may contact to get involved in clinical trials in Canada, USA or other locales and/or seeking information on other treatments conventional and non-conventional that are in progress now or will be in the short future.
