SMAD4 drug therapy?

    As I understand it, when the SMAD4 (a tumor suppressor) gene mutates, cancer grows. Has anyone heard of targeted therapy drugs being developed, researched or in clinical trials to “reactivate” this gene to suppress tumor growth? Thanks all. J
