This is a very OLD thread. You might do better starting a new thread on the topic.

could you please tell me if you had any trouble getting the insurance company to cover the everolimus or the sorafenib for cholangio?

One website suggested a baking soda and water paste to apply and let sit on head. I havent tried it so cant confirm if it works.

THese are the only two I am taking. The forehead and face sensations can be alleivated by benadryl lotion but my scalp itch is very painful. Any ideas?

I have had neither. Are you taking any other drugs at the same time or only those two?

Sorafenib and everolimus are being given in my new regimen. I have been taking them for 3-4 days and have started to get a burning sensation on my scalp and forehead and feel some nausea. Has anyone else taken either or both of these drugs and felt the same side effects? What did you do to reduce them? Tx!
