States Where Insurance Must cover Clinical Trials Std Care

Keep in mind, each state’s statute is a little different and the trials must meet the criteria of the statue. Still, this is a big issue since most pharma sponsored trials only cover the cost of the experimental drug/therapy but not the routine (standard) medical care, tests and scans that must be done on site.
