Hi All,
Seeing as it is summer once again and is roasting here in the UK and no doubt in many many other places as well, thought I’d give a reminder to all about the need to keep your fluid intake up in this heat!!

It seems that the road gritters are out here as in some place in the UK the roads are melting with the heat!

Bad enough seeing the gritters out all winter for the ice, but now for melting tarmac, lol! Us Scot’s ain’t used to this heat!!
