There is a wonderful centre in the Uk called the Penny Brohn Centre based in Bristol which does deal with all people with cancer and their carers. They run wonderful residential courses where they teach about nutrition, visualisation, healing. Their are individual appointments with medically qualified holistic doctors, nutritionists, psychotherapists, small group art therapy and healers. No-one is turned away on the grounds of cost – they have a bursary scheme available. Both Mark and I found it extremely beneficial to spend a couple of nights on one of their courses.
