I’ll have to mark the calendar as a day which will make wonderful things happen- a successful surgery and clean scans.

Maribel- best wishes to you and your husband.

Julie- fingers will be crossed. Hopefully scanxiety won’t set in until at least April 1.

Duke hospital North Carolina. He has cc inside the liver main bile duct.. Originally the surgeon said two operation . First embolization . But after having a meeting with a board of Drs. The surgeon it’s opting for just one . No embolization. We are so greatful and of course I’m nervous about it . Tomorrow we will see the surgeon for details . Duke cancer centers it’s a great place . Just for your info my husband never threw up . Not once and also no burns in his body from the radiation given . And still has the same amount of hair . We have a legion of people praying for us . God is Goodall the time. We know we have a long road ahead of us . Wish all people suffering from this disease can have good results from their treatment. I will keep you posted. T Blessings to y’all .
    Thanks

Dear Maribel, YEA!!!! As Julie wrote we do love the word surgery. This is big but it is a great happening! We will be cheerleading and so many of us will be there in spirit there may not be enough room in the Operating room. Wish you all the very best!

Wonderful news…..we love to hear the word surgery. Where will surgery be done? Where is the tumor located?….inside the liver, in the main bile duct or outside the liver and main bile duct? Hope you don’t mind me asking. We will have prayers and good thoughts directed to your husband on the 14th. That is the day I go back to Mayo for my first scans since my 2nd resection in Dec. It’s going to be a good day for both of us….right?!!!! Right!!!
