    Well Jeff,
What wonderful news on how well you are tolerating Taxotere. What an improvement from the earlier round!! Hows the hair holding up? I am sorry you have a misbehaving tumor that has decided to ignore the warnings given to your other tumors and has decided to grow. IT MUST BE PUNISHED! As you cant put it in the naughty chair, I guess radiation is a good second alternative. I hope your doctor deals with it soon.

Hi Kris, I have been pulling at my hair for three days now and nothing has come out yet. Ha! Let’s see what next week brings Ha! Naughty chair? A good ole fashion spanking is more in line for this! (no, I’m a nice PaPa and use the naughty chair)

    Jeff,

I’m so glad to hear that the Taxotere is working better for you this time.

I’m sorry to hear about the wayward tumor. It sounds like you have the perfect action plan for that one! Good luck with your doctor’s visit tomorrow.

Jeff, get your doctor on the radiation. You’ve had such good outcomes with it in the past. Nothing gets done fast enough! So glad you’re doing well with the Taxotere. Positive thoughts and prayers coming to you as always.

Recieved my second round of Taxotere at reduced dosage. So far no problem. Took filgrastim and antibiotic as prescribed days 5-10 and blood work was fine today. Also I got a copy of my CT Scan done on Friday. All appears clinically stable except a soft tissue tumor ajacent my esophgus and stomach. It grew 1cm in 3months. I said whow! there. I would like to see doc this week about radiation. If it worked on the other tissues and my liver and rib, then we need to take care of this pronto. Ha! nothing is pronto I know. But at least I see the doc on thursdays. It’s like you have to tell the doctors want you want done or it don’t happen or gets over looked. He will probally want to continue Taxotere again as well. That’s fine but they can remove or abalate that tumor before it gets in to the esophagus or stomach. It seems these little cc buggers like to play hide and seek.
    Take care All !
