It is so nice for you to check in with us. When we connect as we do for the reasons too well known to all of us then, a hello is always so very exciting.
I have not heard from Sophie personally but, her wonderful niece Hollie has been in contact with me. Sophie is more restricted in her life and some of her beloved animals are not with her anymore. She sees her little granddaughter frequently, and Hollie calls her daily. But, it is a very sad time for her. I will make sure to forward your posting to Hollie as she will be spending some time with Sophie for Thanksgiving. I know that your inquiry will mean much to her and her family.

I just wanted you all to know that I pray for you and still check the site everyday even though I lost my mom over eight months ago to this disease.
I was wondering if anyone has heard from Sophie? I remember when my mom was sick relating to her story and her desire to see her grandbaby born.
