Hello to Jeff’s Mom and Dad and to Jeff, I, like others, was saddened to hear that Jeff was not able to get a resection. On a positive note we have so many on the board now living well, and way beyond expectation without resections. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and peace and love for the New Year. Hugs. Nancy

    Dear Bob and Nancy,

I just wanted to stop by and send you some support. There are no words that I can say to make this time easier. Five days ago my sister was taken to surgery for a resection which was halted as her cancer is too advanced than could have been known.

    Jeff clearly is very loved.

    Hi,
It may be of interest if you can take a look at this link. I am not a doctor, but as you know a patient for 44 months. Adjuvant chemotherapy whether is effective or not still in debate. But this clinical trial seems to be one of a kind and in theory,it will provide , in my opinion, a better option for us who have cholangiocarcinoma. for it is related to rearm our immune system and be a better fighter for such disease. But by no means it is a ” magic bullet ” ; it has side effects too.

    Dear Bob and Nancy,

Words can’t express how saddened we are to hear this news. I am so sorry they couldn’t proceed with the surgery. The setbacks and dashed hopes that come too often with this disease are hard to absorb, and I know this is a most difficult time for you. We will continue to hold you in our thoughts and prayers, and look forward to future treatment and better times ahead.

    Hello Nancy,

I’ve been thinking and praying forJeff,Bob And you all week.Thinking about Jeff’s scheduled surgery for tomorrow.I was thinking that as soon as I got home and after checking on Ginger, that I was going to get online and write a post on this wonderful website wishing Jeff good luck for tomorrow. And I seen Ann at work today and she told about the devastating news.My heart just dropped with sadness.I am so sorry to hear the sad news.

Ginger and myself will continue to pray for Jeff,Bob and you.Just take one day at a time and try to make the most out of it.Hang in there and be strong. If there is anything we can do,just let us know remember we are only a few minutes away from each other.

    Dear Bob and Nancy,

I am so sorry to hear this latest news about Jeff. I know that it is not what you wanted to hear at all. Unfortunately this happens all too frequently here when surgery is attempted only for it to be stopped after it has started. I do wish that at times like this there were words that would help right now.

I know you have no words right now, that is so understandable. But please know that we are all here for you and always will be.

    Hugs,

    Gavin

    Dear Bob and Nancy,

I am heartsick over the news. I was so excited for all of you and had hoped and prayed for the best. I am sure you are just devastated by the news. By how you have explained Jeff’s demeanor, he will probably take it all in stride with a smile on his face. Like you said, I too have no words except for I am sorry. You will all be in my prayers. Bless you.

    Love and hugs,
    -Pam
