Viral hepatitis is associated with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with cholangiolar differentiation and N-cadherin expression.

“Our results indicate that a subgroup of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma characterized by cholangiolar differentiation and N-cadherin expression is strongly associated with viral hepatitis.”
