    Thanks to all,

    Will follow up with local herbalists to see if they can supply the seeds. I appreciate your responses very much!

    If you want to take them in capsules (or a standardized extract) any health food store has them– and even chain pharmacies like Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreen’s. A good online source is iherb.com (which has very good prices on all kinds of supplements.)

    I’ve been taking milk thistle for five years, and I’m convinced it’s one reason I’m doing so well.

    Sarah…..there are some suppliers listed in the search function. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the postings. If you have some time and the inclination you might want to look there, also. Also, I know that Whole Foods carries it. Good luck and my best wishes coming your way.

    Hi Sarah;
    I get mine from my chiropracter/accupuncturist. There is also a herbalist locally that I think has them. I don’t know where you would get them online but if no one else has ideas I can ask my local supplier if they have any ideas where you could get some. At first I took capsules that I got from our veterinarian and they may be more readily available online. You might want to try and do a search for herbalists or accupuncturists in your area. Let me know if you want me to ask my local supplier.
    God Bless,
    Jamie

    Have been hearing great things about milk thistle seeds. Does anyone know where to find them online or what line of stores to try in the US??

    Thanks,
    Sarah
