This cancer can be fast and unforgiving . My wife started with weight loss and fatigue for a couple of weeks and was admitted to hospital at the end of July 2021 when she developed jaundice. She was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma and died at the end of July 4 weeks after diagnosis. We never had time to say goodbye. It was almost like a car crash. She even lost her voice after a stent operation so she could hardly talk to me  and was in terrible pain they struggled to control.
