    Hi Rebecca,

You will certainly find loads of information here easily compared to hours of net search as lots of eperiences have been pooled in.

just wanted to share with you, we are taking chemo trmnt in NYC but also are taking advice and nutritional supplements from Dr. Keith Block, MD, medical director of the Block Center for Integrative Cancer in Chicago. They were recommended by a colleague from CA. They do a nutritional profile to help analyze and boost the immune system and ability of one’s own body to fight cancer.

    Hi Darla,
We stayed at Sutton court for a couple of months when my hubby was hospitalized. It is a very nice service apartment and costs about $200/ day. They require min 2 week booking. Don’t forget to mention your hospital name. They do give hospital discounts.

Affinia gardens is another SA which is ok but more expensive. The NY state metro transit is quite good . We recently moved to NJ and commute by NJ transit train to Manhattan.

Marion, I will post it on the thread you mentioned.

    Thank you Percy.
This is extremely useful info for all of us.

I would like to add that my husb has just been put on FOLFIRI and Cetuximab combo.
Also MD Anderson also seems to have advised Avastin and FOLFIRI although there aren’t any published reports on this.

Lastly in surgey the Nano knife/IRE is in clinical trials at some places. My husb’ s case was non resectable and the IRE was used.
