Hi Abigail,
I have my father, 60, which is quite in the same situation of your mother. He was diagnosed with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma at the end of June. Unluckily my dad can not be operated because the cancer has taken most of the liver. Even my dad was asymptomatic and now that is having chemo is ok, no pain, so particular side effects.
Doctors say there is nothing to do but I’m fighting to try everything to keep my dad alive.
I have found a chemist in Swiss and now my dad follow this particular macrobiotic diet. In 3 weeks, cancer markers and liver blood test (which were 6 time the normal value) are getting normal. That’s because this kind of diet eliminate all the toxic substances that are present in the chemo or other therapy and want to clean the organ.
I don’t know if it can be helpful for your mum, but maybe you can try.
The diet is in the Nutrition area, at the top. My nickname is Koalino71.
I wish you all the best!Laura

Yesterday doctor gave us some chance…the first good news. Cancer marker are going down and even liver blood test is getting better. I really hope the chemio is doing its job, so maybe he could be operate, as it is not possible right now.
A big thanks and hugs to everybody.
