Thanks again for all the kind thoughts and prayers. We almost made it home; Sarah left us at 1:00 PM Wednesday while in transit. We were blessed to have had her in our lives. This is a part of life’s journey. I pray for all of you and yours. The relentless, silent aggressiveness of this disease leaves little doubt in my mind of what each of us must endure. By the grace of God, she is in a better place; a place with no pain and suffering. As a short time member of this family, I can only extend to each of you my heartfelt thanks for your understanding and helpful conversation. God bless and I pray for your strength.
lesSpectatorSarah is done here at MD Anderson. We hope to have her stable enough to ambulance back to our home for hospice for her final leg. Tentatively scheduled for Wednesday. I don’t know that I can share anything at this point that may be helpful in another’s efforts to cope.
God bless you all. A severe mercy perhaps.lesSpectatorThanks to all. I am technologicaly challenged. Have lost 2 responses to you kind folks. Real people, real messages, real comfort. Sarah is doing better and will be moving from ICU today. Dr. Javle a real champ; little CC conversation, second seat to kidney stuff. All of you have been spot on in your comments and we greatly appreciate the course knowledge. There have been numerous “things” that have taken place in the last 72 hours and I look forward to sharing when time permits.
Thanks, again to all of youlesSpectatorGood morning. I am not certain how to introduce oneself?
Teresa, you obviously figured it out. I have not been an active participant for that reason; however, I have come to realize we all share in one thing, unfortunately. Presetly at MDAnderson with wife, Sarah. I won’t go into til someone can tell me I am going about this without infringing on Teresa’s space. I do have some questions I am certain this group may be able to help with. Please advise?? -
