tom is having a very hi pieptone in his ear..and has also neuropathy in his feet.. the feet is better but the ears are not.. but not everyone is the same

my husband has also hearing loss,and the onc say it wil not get better..tom have 2 cicles of cisplatine, and he had too stop the chemo..

thanks for the information, it is indeed very difficult to make a choice… but the cancer is microscopisch so must we do the chemo now or later if the scan detected tumors… is the chemo better when there are microscopische cells …or when there are tumors??? please advice us… tom is not sick he feels like he can do everything ….
again thanks very much to you all,for the advice.. tomorrow whe are going to see the dokter and onc.. hope they give us more information.. and whe let you now what they say..

I am very sorry that you are in the same situation..it is desirable in germany but not in holland..does chemo help i don’nt now.. its frustrated not nowing what to do.how is your boyfriend fealing? does he also have a R1 resection stage T3,N1, V0, R1.

the T.N.M.classification is..G2,ypT3,pN1 (2/7), L1,V0,pN1,R1 the onc says that the chemo will not help to be cured or to live longer!!! there are no evidence of that in the hole world..
that is what they say in holland. in germany they say to give us a chance.. 2 different options whe don’t now anymore what to believe..and what the best thing is to do..thanks

POSITIVE THINKING IS SOMETHIMES HARD,,TOM IS A VERY STRONG MAN.. I LOVEYOU HIM SO MUCH AND WIL STAND BY HIS SIDE ALL THE WAY.THANKS AGAIN FOR THE INPUT YOU ALL GAVE TO US,,AND LET YOU ALL NOW HOW TOM IS DOING AFTER SURGERY..OKE!!!

the onc said there is now recidief to see on the mri..so none cancer cells detected..

hello micky, my husband tom is now 4 half year cancerfree, of this horreble disease.
but his brother has past 13 years ago from cc. you see everyone is different and his other siblings are very healthy. tom only got surgery, and no other treatment, and he is very healthy.now the 5 years mark wil come in oktober, and we are blessed. the docters told us,that tom has 1 year to live,and check us now. but when i was you, i would go every year for a scan, early detection is the best thing to survive this.moontje
