    Hi Jeff-great news. I don’t really know much about these blood tests but I am very happy for you feeling so good. My Dave is getting Gemzar and Oxiliplatin. no surgery. I am a nurse but never an oncology nurse, so it is all new to me. Sending white light your way.

    Thanks Jliu and Jeff-We are staying positive and living each day. This weekend Dave felt really good and we really enjoyed just being together. Jeff did you have live mets too? Did you have a resection? They told Dave surgery was not an option, even at Mayo Clinic. We hope the Chemo will shrink his tumors. Hope to catch one of you on-line some time. Thanks again for your posts.

    Hi- I hope your husband is feeling better. The pain med is dilaudid. It usually can’t be given that frequently but each case is different. My husband was just diagnosed at the end of March and today is my first time on this board. Good luck to you both.
