    Jeff G,

Ironic you should mention orange pops, I just told my husband to go and buy the edy’s all natural tangeringe and/or lemon and to tell her they were a present from her granddaughter. She wouldn’t dare refuse her.

With respect to oncologists we seem to be circuling a round Ruggerio and Ocean from NY Hospital since she is there now and we know that we can get them to come see her ASAP and then we will still go forward with a relative value analysis with the team from Sloan-Kettering. Bland, fruity and cool I think that will be our new mantra.

    Thank you!!!

    Abigail,

Thank you for sharing. It sounds like your mother is one of those rare individuals with true grit, determination and an indominable spirit. I hope she has a wonderful vacation in Montreal and that her health continues in the direction that you want. I am sure I will get well versed in chemo as soon as my mother in-law can get to that next step. Best of luck to you!

    Abigail,

Thank you for your feedback. While I agree with you in your approach to go outside your city of origin to find the best possible treatment, my in-laws (and I say this with lots of love) are NYC snobs so whichever Dr. is ultimately chosen has to be in the city. Your information on Dr. Abou-Alfa was very helpful. How is your Mom doing?

    Thank you again,
    Penny
