    Dear Lita,
I recently lost my mother in March 2012 to Cholangiocarcinoma, she was 66. She did have the surgery with a 6cm size tumor, opted for no chemotherapy, and lived 19.5 months. We are here for you, sending love, hugs, and many prayers. Be positive, and follow your hearts, the rest some how works itself out. Please stay in touch, you can find me on facebook or email me at: ronidinkes@yahoo.com

Love & Prayers to you and your husband,
    Roni

p.s. Dr. Schulick has moved from Johns Hopkins to Colorado to be a Departmental Chair for he University of Denver Surgery Department. He gave my mother 19.5 months, and as far as I am concerned has is one of the most prominent surgeons in the field.

    Dear Amy,

Sending tons of love and hugs your way. Spend as much time as you can with your mom. Be positive, eat ice cream for breakfast, watch the sunrise, go away on vacation put your feet in the ocean, feed the ducks, take tons of photos, sky is the limit, enjoy every moment.

Just because hey gave you a time frame does not mean mom has an expiration date on the bottom of her foot. Physician’s work off statistics and remember the Bell Curve….They gave my mother 6 months, she made is 19.5.

I am here if you need to talk 443-496-6163 or you can email me at ronidinkes@yahoo.com or you can find me on facebook.

    Hugs always,
    Roni

Just checking in to see how you are doing?

We are here if you need to talk, or vent.

My mother passed March 17, 2012 8:43pm. I find myself in shock maybe disbelief at this time. I was with her, held her hand, played her favorite music etc. It is these quiet moments I will cherish.

If you need me I am here: ronidinkes@yahoo.com

    Love,
    Roni
