    Marion, Percy, Lainy, & Gavin,

Thank you all for the kind words. My devotion is my mission, I will never give up raising awareness and doing whatever I am able to do – to fight the beast called cholangiocarcinoma, so one day others will not have to go through what my family and I had to endure.
Percy – you are right about “training my bladder” – that is actually the teacher in me. Whenever you can come to New England – we will treat you to a delicious Maine lobster – THE BEST!!!
I will keep you all posted. Be well everyone.
    Hugs from NH,
    Barbara

    Hi, Barbara,

Where is my lobster? just kidding,

Thanks for doing this every year. Your devotion is as, Marion said, front and behind the scene;helping out in all the medical conventions across the country, talking to those doctors with heavy accents and training your bladder to a degree that can endure 6-8hours without leaving the booth. What a gal.
Your husband ,Jacque, will be extremely proud of you to extend such kind of great devotion and love for him year after year.
Again ,thanks for your contribution and see you in the next ASCO2014 or sooner.
    God bless.

Barbara, I am thrilled. You have been such an active volunteer for this foundation in front and behind the scene; everything you do turns out absolutely perfect. This will too.
    Hugs to you,
    Marion

I am organizing the 2nd Annual Silent Auction Benefit in loving memory of my Jacques. The date and venue has been set; Saturday, October 26th starting at 6:00 pm at Sizzle Bistro in Manchester, NH. My sister actually owns Sizzle Bistro – which has great food and a fabulous atmosphere. There will be music, food, lots of items to bid on, all for a great cause. I know for sure that it is going to bigger and better than last years event – which was amazing. All proceeds will go to The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation for research to find a cure for the cancer that took my Jacques. I will post more details in the next few weeks.
Cholangiocarcinoma may have taken the love of my life – but I will never stop fighting to help raise awareness and find a cure.
    Hugs from NH
