Thanks Percy. For sure I’ll say hi to my mum from you. She had a good day today, less coughing than yesterday and was able to get about more than earlier this week. Phlegm coming up easier today as well, so all in all, a great day for mum!

A perfect healthcare system, does one ever exist! Yep, hoping to get to bed before 3am tonight my time, no football to keep me up! But there seems to be some election or something or other going on somewhere in the world right now. Is it important or something…….. ;)

    You take care Percy!

    Hi,Gavin,
good job to let us know about this situation; I guess no healthcare system is perfect.
Be sure to say hi to your mum for me. and I bet you can go to bed early tonight without waiting for the presidential election results until 3 am your time.

    God bless.

Many thanks indeed to Helen for this piece.

“In AMMF’s experience this pathway is often not followed – it would seem, in fact, that it often stops at the general/district hospital and many patients diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma do not get referred to those specialists/specialist centres for their treatment.”
