    Percy….I second these thoughts. If possible, everyone should have a resection by a qualified and experienced surgeon.

    My thinking is that, if you can have resection,do it without a doubt without regard to the size and numbers of the tumor if you are relatively in good shape.

    Radioembolization ,if you read the abstract, you may understand their ultimate goal is resection; I think it can be apply to RFA ,microwaved ablation and cryoablation as well .

    Among all the interventional procedures,I will try others first, if all failed, the last option I will do is segmental radioembolization.
