my father will be starting on abraxane nex tuesday, he will have 12 weeks of it in low doses. will keep youinformed

my dad was just started on abraxane 2 weeks ago for CC treatment. he’s already gone through multiple other treatments, including gemzar, but his cancer quickly got used to them.
unfortunately we’re so new to this one type that we dont have any info on how its working yet, but ill be sure you keep you in mind if i find out any extra info about it!

I posted earlier but am still wondering if there’s anyone out there that knows anything about abraxane trial? It is aparently in phase 2
has anyone heard or had experience with it?
My father’s onc wants to start him fri and I am still torn about whether he should try gemzar and cisplatin first. his oncologist is terrific and very open to suggestions and will be willing to try what ever we’d like.
i know this because he was also my mother’s onc.
So any advice would be greatly appreciated.
