    Dear Teresa, I am so very sorry to read about your wonderful Dad and I do know that his unique spirit will always be around you! He is resting easy now and you can rest in the fact that he loved you so very much and was so proud of you.

    Do not stand at my grave and weep;
    I am not there. I do not sleep.
    I am a thousand winds that blow.
    I am the diamond glints on snow.
    I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
    I am the gentle autumn’s rain,
    When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
    I am the swift uplifting rush
    Of quiet birds in circled flight.
    I am the soft stars that shine at night.
    Do not stand at my grave and cry;
    I am not there. I did not die. By Mary Elizabeth Frye
    For everything beautiful that you see
    will bring a memory of me.

    Dear friends,

    It is with great sadness that I let you know that my Dad passed away on the 22 April 2015.

    I still cant believe it. The last couple of months he declined so fast and I wasnt ready for it.

    I really didnt think things wuold happen so quickly.

    My only consolation is that I hope that as it was so fast dad didnt suffer for too long and that he passed away with no pain and in peace.

    I will forever miss his unique spirit.

    Teresa
