Hi all,
We had a good introduction to EFT last night, as Jeff said. You have another opportunity to tune in and find out about this technique this coming Wednesday. Listening in on the conference call does not mean that you have to participate, it is simply a way to introduce you to this technique and what the study will entail. Then you can decide if you would like to participate.
Just to clear up one thing. While there are only 25 web slots available to VIEW the presentation on your computer screen and see the graphics as the practitioner is going through the information. There are plenty of conference call lines for everyone. Everyone will be able to listen in to the conference call. I can very easily send you the graphics so that you can follow along and the explanations are clear enough that you will be able to follow along even if you can’t see the graphics at all.
This really is a unique opportunity, we hope you will take advantage.
We would like to know if there is more interest in having the conference call in the morning or again in the evening.
Wednesday the 30th at 9:00 am MDT or Wed. 30th at 5:00 pm MDT, we would like to accommodate as many as possible. Let us know which you would prefer and we will schedule the call accordingly.

Hi Debrah, Just wanted to pop in and say something about EFT. I ‘ve been using EFT for about 6 months on and of using the free down load. Within the last month I have had the opportunity to have a few sessions with an EFT Practioner over the phone. My experience with the Practioner has assited me with fine tuning the technique that I now do on a daily routine. This EFT is used by practioners all over the U.S. and Europe. Stacie’s explanation really explained it well. All I can say to any one, is if you don’t try it, your missing out on a marvelous opportunity to really explore your inner self and relieve yourself of negative emotional and physical pains. The free study being offered through the Cholangiocarcinoma Organization is ubelievable to me and I’m going to take full advantage of this study. As long as I have been posting on this site, I’ve told it like it is. The bottom line is this EFT has improve the quality of (my life) without a doubt! When I first downloaded the free Introduction and started to read and learn all of the tapping points, I was a bit skeptical. Well, I’ll just say if I can make the ringing in my ears stop within seconds, make the pain in my rib bones (cancer mets)stop, and reduce my anxiety to a level where I can actually have a peaceful nights sleep; it’s remarkable. If you can be open minded, and want to take a postive approach to being able to make yourself feel better mentally and physically, I highly recommend. Believe me, I would not even take the time to type this post, if I had not already experienced the benefits I have obtained already by using EFT. This free study is open to a total of 25 slots I believe thats what I read ,well less now cause I ‘ve grabbed one of the slots. I don’t turn down anything free. Last nights session was a great introduction and explanation of the up comming study. It’s was easy… click click click and dialed a number was all I had to do. Stacie has already posted times and dates for other Study Introduction. If you want to give it a whirl then grab a slot. I also want to say thank you to Stacie, Rick and all Boards members for approving and setting up this free study. I know it took alot of time and effort to organize all this. I almost forgot to mention ; I was watching the Oprah Show the other night and she had DR. OZ on her show and guess what, the topic was about using techniques of balancing your body’s energy for a healthier you. Very similar, well actually the historical roots of how EFT came about. I said to mysel if Dr. Oz and Oprah is doing a nationally televised show on how powerful energy work is, then I’m jumping on the wagon. This is for cargivers and patients alike. I may or may not survive this beast of CC, but If I don’t need to suffer along the way. Oh Jimmy! I really got rambling this time. Better run and get things done.

I’ll give you a brief explanation as well. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a painless acupressure technique. It uses the same meridian points as an acupuncturist would use but instead of using needles you use your fingers to gently tap on those points and get the same results. It is very simple to use and can be done in the privacy of your home.
A skilled practitioner has volunteered to help patients who have pain issues or any other emotional issues (despair, grief, anger, etc.) that can often times feel overwhelming in circumstances such as we find ourselves.
This technique has been very successful in helping patients relieve side effects and also in gently helping to release the negative emotions associated with any kind of traumatic incident, cancer being a big one.

ok, I am probably the only one who has no idea what an EFT study is..must of missed the boat on that one?
Thanks for the question Kris. We don’t have another number option at this point. However, the company we are using will be upgrading to VOIP in the next 4 weeks, that will give you the option to watch and listen with headphones.
In the meantime, the call will be recorded and I can send the recorded call and accompanying materials to anyone who would like to listen or look through them.
Send me an e-mail if you will not be able to get on either of the calls this Wednesday or next and we will get you everything you need. We want everyone to be able to participate who would like to.

Kris – that’s a great question. We will try to get something set up that will help our “overseas” friends. Hopefully we can just record the entire call and slides, and post on the website so you can view at a normal hour.

Do you have a non toll free number. Most times, toll free numbers do not work overseas. I dont mind paying for the call myself, it is not a problem but I do think I need another number.Kris
