Very nice indeed Lainy! I saw Kim’s post as well and the Vet’s page administrator has put them all onto the FB page so that everyone can read them as well.

Gavin thanks for posting our Logo on the site, I am not good at that stuff.

Got an answer to my note this morning, nice!

“Lainy, thanks for contacting our page. I will copy and repost the information so others can see it.”

That’s a good page that one. Myself, Darla, Margaret and Julia have been on it for quite a while now and I’ve posted some links on it as well over time that have been relevant to Vietnam Vets. Saw your post over there this morning Lainy, good stuff!

Hello CC Family. I read with great interest this Facebook site that Marion found. So, I posted them a note as there were some people now being treated and who served in Nam. Here is what I wrote, we shall see if anything comes of it. I just wanted to tell you in case you would see a post come through.

Hello everyone! My name is Lainy and I am truly sorry that we all share in this mysterious Cancer called Cholangiocarcinoma. I am a Moderator on a Web Site called Cholangiocarcinoma.org. We began on January 6, 2006 at which time my husband became a member after a Whipple Surgery for CC. After he passed in Dec. 2010 I became addicted to our CC site, a kind of pay it forward. I am sorry for all the losses on here but want to let you know our site is available for anyone now going through treatment for CC. We are a wonderful family with Members from all over the world. We help advise on everything Cholangio from soup to nuts, so to speak. Please feel free to take a look at our Members posts and if you have the need we would love to have you join our CC Family!
BTW my husband served in Korea and got his CC 44 years later. Best of luck and for those who served our country a big thank-you.
