    Thank you…I don’t know what to think… My sister has received just one dosage (or “cicle”) of GEMOX ( Gdmcitabina + Oxaliplatino ). I think the doctor performed a test but I dont know which one.

    Fever is a sign of infection. Teddy used to get high fevers and chills and it always turned out to be a blood infection. How does the Doctor know she is near the end? Did he do any tests to see if the Cancer had spread? I am not sure but can’t recall of a fever being a sign of near the end.What kind of treatment are they now doing on your Sister?

    My sister has been hospitalized due to high fever (38C). A doctor said that this might be the end, that the cancer has advanced. Does anyone know something about this? Is fever such a bad sign of deterioration?

    I write this and I don’t know the reason. I just feel desperate.
