    I have a March 10 appointment with a Dr Steven Cohen. Has anyone ever been there? What was your experience like? If their paperwork is any indication, they are very organized. I have pages upon pages to fill out. I also have to get my a copy of my files from my Onc and copies of all CT scans and MRIs. What fun… not!
