This has recently been posted on the Department of Veteran’s Affairs website:

It’s a start and a step in the right direction. If we continue to push, hopefully the day will come when they will admit that many of our vets have died or are suffering because of their service to their country. For now at least by informing them of the possibility, hopefully some will be caught early and lives will been extended or maybe even saved.
