SpectatorThanks for everyones kind wishes..
Now I will be firm, I have given it a couple of days…………….
Mary and Sue,
I am officially kicking you off of my thread and am demanding you two make your own threads in the Good News Section. Your families deserve all the good wishes I have received. Other patients need to see more posts of good news since it gives everyone hope. I know sometimes we feel a little guilty when we have good news, but the payback is it spreads hope. Now go post your good news and spread that hope! Now I say!Kris

Great news all around this week! It’s wonderful to have so many positive posts!! It gets pretty depressing around here sometimes so everyone keep up the good work!!! Best wishes, Mary

SpectatorThanks everyone. I am still not quite digesting it all. My husbands office has been so supportive through everything, covering for him, giving him time off for all my hospital excursions. Today when he gave them the news, a couple of his coworkers cried and one stopped by the house with flowers. I am so well taken care of here, even though it is not my “home”.
The local hospital called today and they will get in touch with the doctors in Gothanburg to get the official go ahead to remove the drain and it is possible it will be out by this weekend! Then I can give the area a REALLY good scratch!
Sue, I am so glad you had a clean scan as well. 14 months for the both of us!!! We are back on track as cancer buddies!!
Kristin, so you too feel like sky sometimes?!? And I thought that it was just a result of how much paste I ate as a child.
OK…everyone who can….GO OUT AND BASK! That is an order, if not I might send Barb (she is the commander) to you.
Thanks again for everyones kind words and support.

MemberKris,
That’s FABULOUS news!!! I can only imagine how relieved you must feel, and so back in control of your life. I am so thrilled and happy, your news has made a good day so much better!!! Not to take away your thunder, but I had another scan today and I am all clear too! That makes 14 months post-lobectomy and I don’t have to go back for 6 months! My doc was thrilled, but no more than I was!!! And with your good news…my day is complete, so I might as well go to bed! Congratulations many times over!!! I have been thinking about you a lot lately.
Sue
