    I hesitated on opening your post and was worrying that if not good, I’d have to watch my language.

    I love the idea of passing go for another 3 months.

    Today, I had my first checkup with scans and blood tests at Mayo following the resection in early Dec for the recurrence of my IHCC .

    I get blood tests, MRI with contrast of the pelvic and abdominal area and CT without contrast of my lungs.

    Everything was normal….scans did NOT show any evidence of disease. My new oncologist was smiling.

    The sun is out, 69 degrees, and I am “passing go” to collect my next three months of living. But first, this grammy is headed to the mega toy store a block from our hotel and then to Famous Dave’s BBQ for supper.

    Doing my happy dance.
