You are a step ahead of me – sorry, did not find the chance to report on this as of yet. This conference is one day prior to GI ASCO which for us is the most disease specific conference to attend. Percy, Stacie and I will be attending the above mentioned conference and then continue on with GI ASCO for which Jason will join us as well. So, count on receiving a report. Holly, given your background in science, you are more than qualified to be here also. I don’t believe that there is a restriction for attendance, the problem may lay in finding a hotel room close by. But, if indeed you want to be here with us in San Francisco, let me know.
In general, GI ASCO places a bit more focus on Cholangiocarcinoma however; I believe that due to the previous day’s highlight on biliary cancer, programs for our cancer have been eliminated. But, I expect some important information coming our way.

Marionoooh it would be so cool to go….. but what would they do with lay people and our questions? are we even welcome or allowed?
Wasn’t sure where to post this but I just found out about this conference. I have a relative who lives near San Fran and is planning to attend. If I find out anything of significance, I will post it.
