    Deara Peggy,

I am so sorry to hear that John has passed and that you had such a bad experience in the end. My story was much the same as your’s although my husband passed only two months after his first symptoms. John put up a good fight. Try to remember the good and let go of the bad. Take comfort in the fact that he no longer is suffering and is at peace. He will always be with you in your heart an memories. You have my deepest sympathy and understanding.

    Lots of Love & Hugs,

Peggy just read about your John, I’m am praying for you to find peace and a sense of comfort. Honor his memory by being strong and living your life knowing that he is at peace.

Peggy, what a handsome man and so kind looking as well. Thank you so very much for requesting the CC Foundation as your choice for Donations. Thinking of you and sending a ton of hugs to you!

Thanks everyone for your kind words and condolences. John will be greatly missed. I will try to post web site where his obit can be read. I had requested donations be made to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.

    If this works, thanks Eli.

I’m so sorry for your loss. My condolences to you and yours. Prayers going out to you.

    Dear Peggy,

I am so very sorry indeed to hear of the passing of your John. Please accept my sincere condolences and know that my thoughts are with you and your family right now.

    Dear Peggy

I’m so very sorry to hear John has died. My thoughts are with you and your family and I sincerely hope the memory of your bad experience is soon diminished by the much happier memories you have of John. It broke my heart to see my lovely sister in such terrible distress a few days before she died, but I was “lucky” in that she slipped into unconsciousness and passed away gently.

I still have flashes of those really painful memories, but happier ones are starting to push their way through now.

My love to you and your family

I am very sorry that John has passed. Both of you were so strong. It was terrible that you had a bad experience at the end with hospice. I hope they learn something to apply in the future. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Peggy, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, John. Much peace in the upcoming days. Pam.

    Dear Peggy,

I am so very sorry to hear of John’s passing. He gave such a valiant fight against this horrible disease. I pray you find peace in knowing he is now at peace. I am sorry you have bad memories about hospice and I hope those diminish and are replaced by all the wonderful times you had with John. Take care and God bless.

    Love, -Pam

Peggy, I am very sorry to hear about John. You have been so strong throughout his 4 year fight. I wish you continued strength during this difficult time. My heart goes out to you and your family.

Dear Peggy, It is with sorrow that I read your post. John and yourself put up a tremendous fight and he surely beat the odds with living 4 years. I am also so sorry to hear that John did not leave peacefully. I hope you can find some peace knowing that he is no longer suffering. Your right, he will be in your heart forever! Much love sent to you and your children. I wish I could ease your pain. Hugs. Nancy

    Hi, PeggyP,

    I am so sorry.
May the Grace of God be with you and your family.
    God bless.

Dearest Peggy, I am so very sorry about your husband and please accept my most heartfelt condolences.

If I should be the first to go,
And leave you alone, my Dear,
Let not your heart be lonely,
Nor in your eyes a tear.
Grieve not for me, my Darling,
    I’ll not be far away,
With petals of love and tenderness,
I’ll pave for you the way.
To join me in our sanctuary,
    And ne’er again we’ll part.
Grieve not for me, my Darling,
    I live within your heart.
    Take joy again in living,
    As you did in years gone by;
God knows what of he’s doing,
    And not be questioned why.
Grieve not for me, my Darling,
My life with you on earth
    Each moment filled with happiness,
And love so few be worth.
I’ll be waiting for you Sweetheart
    Where skys are ever blue,
With eager heart and open arms
    Patiently, for you.
Grieve not for me, my Darling,
May faith and my love keep.
    Your soul filled with contentment
Eternally, I sleep. By Mary Harris
