    Twolf and Anna, you don’t ever have to let go of your Mothers. Mother’s never really leave their children. You are the wonderful daughters you are because you learned well from your Mother’s and that is the most beautiful legacy a Mom can leave. The biggest reward is for a mother to look down and be able to be proud of her loving daughters. Then she will know what a great Mom she is and she would never want you to be unhappy, she would want you to enjoy the life lessons she taught you. In time all the good Memories will over shadow any bad ones and you will relish in the Mother Daughter bond that can never be broken.

    Do not stand at my grave and weep;
    I am not there. I do not sleep.
    I am a thousand winds that blow.
    I am the diamond glints on snow.
    I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
    I am the gentle autumn’s rain,
    When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
    I am the swift uplifting rush
    Of quiet birds in circled flight.
    I am the soft stars that shine at night.
    Do not stand at my grave and cry;
    I am not there. I did not die. By Mary Elizabeth Frye
    For everything beautiful that you see
    will bring a memory of me.

    I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom. I do hope that your faith will give you strength. My heart breaks for you as I am going through the same journey with my mom. How do we let go or even understand life without our mom?! I can hardly bare the thought. I hope that you feel her all around you. You are in my thoughts and prayers

    My beautiful mom and best friend went home to heaven May 13, 2013. It was the day of mom and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary. She left us with a smile on her face to let us know that she is in a better place. I miss her greatly. I was blessed to call her “omma” (korean for mom) for 44 years. She was the most sweetest and selfless person I know and God is lucky to have her in heaven. I cherish everyday that I got to spend with her! I love you mom!

    God bless everyone who has been diagnosed with this thief of a cancer and their loved ones.

    Anna
