    Hi Marion,
    Referring to the target therapy, It seems to me the same clinical trial I found for US on the Clinicaltrial.gov web site (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02097810).

    Just for un upadate we also got in touch with the hannover oncology team for this trial https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02082522. They are reviewing my mother case in order to understand if she can attend the trial.

    Lucia…. Perhaps no Italian center(s) has opened a cohort for Cholangiocarcinoma patients for the solid tumor clinical research study. Your physician should be able to speak with the Study Coordinator.
    I would love to know more about the clinical trial your Mom is entering? Could you share with me where to find it?

    Lucia, There are no apologies needed for your English. You are doing quite well with it. I am glad to hear that you were able to find a clinica trial for a target therapy and hope that yoiur mother’s biopsy results will qualify her for the trial. I don’t know a much about trials and what the words mean, so I can’t speak to that. Prayers that your mom gets the answers you all want and need.

    Dear All,

    My name is Lucia and I write to you from Italy (so sorry for my english).
    My mother is affected by adenocarcinoma in first hypothesis of Bilo-pancreatic origin (biopsy result) and today has begun here first cycle of GemCIS (she is not operable)
    After reading this discussion I contacted Merk’s reference persons in Italy and in UK to received some information on MK 3475 clinical trial in Europe (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/stu … ocs=Y#locn) .

    They told me there is no Clinical Trials recruiting in US or in europe but It seems to me from this discussion and other I founded in cholang Foundation forum that this is not true.
    I’m a little confused.
    In any case my mother subscribed a clinical trial for a target therapy released by Niguarda Milan Oncology team. In this days they are analising my mother biopsy results to verify if they are positive to ALK ROS1 or TRKa to start a DXDX 101 (now entrectinib) therapy.
